Our Story & Governance
Kingdom Hands Community Impact (KHCI) is a proud, fiscally sponsored program of Frantz Lamour Ministries, Inc., a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We operate with a “Zero-Footprint” approach to care, reaching into the emotional and physical spaces where traditional government agencies often fall short.
Vision Statement:
To cultivate a thriving, compassionate community where every individual, regardless of age, circumstance, or past adversity, experiences dignity, restoration, and purpose through the transforming love of God.
Mission Statement:
KHCI exists to serve underserved and isolated elderly individuals, impoverished men and women, and at-risk youth by providing faith-centered support, essential resources, mentorship, and community engagement programs that restore hope, strengthen families, and empower individuals toward long-term life transformation.
Kingdom Hands Community Impact
Our Core Philosophy
We believe that behavior is communication, and isolation is a crisis. Whether it is a young person struggling with trauma or a senior citizen facing solitude, our duty is to provide a “Kingdom Hand”—a restorative, compassionate intervention that restores dignity and hope. Our strategic goals and vision for 2030 include:
Expanding service reach by 50% across South Florida.
Establishing the Youth Wellness Institute as a premier clinical resource for immigrant and low-income families.
Building a sustainable financial reserve to ensure permanent community support.
